They stopped paying through payoneer
You can easily follow 1000 people with semi if the account is bit warmedup and atleast 15 days old

Can i use Tor browser to create multiple account and then use all on my same home IP is that okay

You can use any browser but don't use more then 3 accounts on same ip

No i mean to say that Tor browser have different IP transaction where you can change your IP so can this might be a good option to only create different accounts and then use my laptop IP(single IP) to run those accounts.

Yes you can create accounts using different ips but then again yes you can run them on ur laptop with single ip but just 3 accounts, it will be not fair if you create 10 accounts and then run them all on same single ip

Ok now i get you, i must need to use proxies to create and run multiple accounts.
1. How can you get people to click so well to your links?
with specific target on a specific niche i am getting around average 2.5% of follow action click bio link
like for example free iphone i target people who follow apple account but only 2.5~3% click to bio.
Do you have any suggestion on what to do?
2. does followliker has follow accounts that has less than XX amount of follower/following ratio/
3. How do you do your presentation on your accounts? any tips like what do you do for profile image, bio text
4. how do you keep your links for getting flagged by ig?
5. do you use random sleep time? or run 24/7?
6. do you get any like blocks or follow blocks? how od you fix them.

Right
1- You need to target traffic aged b/w 12-18 (kids) and make your legit as much as you can like uploading pics every week etc
2- not sure, never tried or checked or used this option
3- upload pics and description related to your niche
4- 24/7
5- sometimes follow block, so i change proxy and they again use to start working fine and i don't use like option so no like blocks
