Tux, great thread btw, one of my accounts stats has been dropping hard so will try this asap and let you know the results.
What is your opinion on usibg fuelgram with accounts. I've seen some of your other posts about it but wanted a definitive answer, I tried to test myself but couldn't make a clear distinction. Maybe receiving likes on an account from a different account could be okay? But not liking & receiving on same account?

Here is my definitive reply, you did f/u on your account and it was flagged. It won't get viral as often now as a clean account so using fuel gram or any auto groups won't work AS GOOD AS THEY WILL WORK ON AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS GROWING WITHOUT F/U. It will never be the same again I've tried it for 3-6 months on different accounts.

Yeah , get a new account deliver likes to it, auto likes or DM likes your choice. let's not talk about fuel gram anymore (I am not affiliated with them) as i don't want this thread to be closed due to the same reason. I would request everyone to not mention names of any kind of services like that so I doesn't seem like I'm promoting them. Thanks !

I have a big network of botted accounts some have good engagement , some don't. It can't really say when it starts to go down as depends on account to account but as your account gets bigger , engagement starts to go down. One thing for sure is if you trying doing DM likes or powerlikes on a botted account it sucks and you won't get viral as you would on a clean account.

We aren't meant to be popular on Instagram by doing follow/unfollow. Sure they are the features provided by Instagram itself for us to exploit but that's not the way it was meant to be played. Content is supposed to be the king and if someone follows you since your content is good instead of because you followed him then you realise that you are going right.

They may have fake followers, botted in past or just don't do any likes. Like 4 like is almost essential if you are reposting stuff and don't have og content

It doesnt work my friend, you can try for yourself and report here if it does. that thread is old. Flaggin by instagram is more serious than ever.

From my experience this is related to follow sources . I will update you once i have more detailed stats on that !

Got a question: I created 10 IG accounts manually using different devices, dynamic home IP and Phone verified it. I also want to grow these 10 accounts manually.
I just learn about the IG feature that I can add 5 IG accounts (switching them) in 1 phone using 1 profile.

Do you think its ok to add those 5 IG accounts in 1 profile/phone? Then the other 5 IG accounts in another phone?
Or it's better that I logout/login in them 1 by 1?..but I think it's a hassle to change IPs every login.. lol

I do not believe the recent drop in engagement is driven by follow/unfollow activities being flagged.

Let me explain my theory:
I would associate the drop in engagemeny with introduction of algorythmic feed (vs. previous chronological feed). You can see that accounts with huge share of followers who follow many big/celebrity accounts have experienced drop in engagement. The reason why is that those big/celebrity accounts get better early engagement and therefore their content appear on top of your common followers feed. You just get lost somewhere down there after 5 mins of scrolling down the feed and do not get the
exposure. So basically it's not the engagement that drops. It's the reach.

Why it happens to accounts that used f/u method? Because there's bigger possibility of attracting users who easily follow accounts. If you did not restrict the size of following of target audience in your bot you increased your chances of attracting this type of less valuable followers.
So I really wouldn't associate that with flagging.

I'm also suffering this issue. I'm going to try the following methods:
- described here interaction with my followers to make them notice my account
- live story so everyone gets notified about my activity
- giveway

If any of you have tried live stories/giveway to increase engagement I would love to learn from your experience.

i have a huge problem with my reach (130k account) and get about 3000k reach. Its incredible...i did f/uf for a long time and totally spoiled my account with that.
Ive built my account with giveaways, and did a big loop giveaway recently when my engagement went down.
Ive earned about 30k followers and had a reach of 13k on posts or more...about 6-10k likes. After the giveaway ended it stayed like this for a few days.
Now its back at 3000 reach and incredible 500 likes haha. I'm getting super frustrated.
I founded an own dm engagement group now with big accounts in my niche, they are liking and commenting but still it doesn't help.
Also did Fuelgram for a while..doesnt help.

I really don't know what to do. Did you guys hear about putting instagram on a new phone and the ban is gone? I don't believe it works, as i guess its connected to your Instagram ID.

Maybe I should just buy a hand build account with 100k and start all over again. (problematic though as I am an "influencer", so personal blogger and fashion stuff.)
What do you guys think?
