Paypal messaged me that there is no purchase protection, I don't why they can't do NOTHING, NOTHING about that!
I found him via eBay, and for X reason, we're dealing outside of eBay, but Man, I swear, I will fuck him up, his ebay and his PayPal account!

Well OP to take a little bit off your sorrow. You aren't the only one getting scammed in your situation, the scammer had probably 2 victims. You and someone else, after receiving your money he instantly uses it to buy something from someone else. For him this is getting something (usually also digital) for free. A dispute process will take longer in your case as they need to first retrieve your funds out of the second victim's account. Goodluck

Yeah, I feel paypal is rampant with scams. They are not setting any barriers. People are creative but I would highly recommend you stay away from paypal when buying Bitcoin or any Coin. It is safer to use coinbase or even better xapo. They are bitcoin based and biggest market.
