BTW, I've never deal with exchangin sites, I have my OWN way to buy BTC for the Market price (Thanks to Xapo), He offered me BTC for bargain price, that's why I deal with him.

i recently got scammed out of litecoin on ebay ,i made them leave feedback 1st and payment and all listings were for 1 litecoin per listing ,all looked good until the said they never received them and paypal didnt hesitate to return their money and ebay still made me pay the seller fees ,lol .if i were you i would tell them it was a digital item and you will receive a full refund .

TO BE honest with you! NEVER NEVER NEVER sell digital items on eBay!
eBay don't care if the buyer MADE a chargeback or NOT, as the same for Paypal!

I remember when the first time I sold BTC on eBay, Buyer opened a dispute, I send to Paypal all document proof's that the item was shipped, GUESS WHAT, they don't even Care since there is no seller protection!! They give them back the money!

Of what I think, Buyers are always protected if they paid with goods and services!
When it comes to BTC as a digital currency! I wouldn't mention to him that I'm buying BTC from that guy, I mentioned, "I didn't receive the item", then the seller have to prove that the item was shipped, if he can't, they will close the case in my favor! That's what I think.

I send him the payment from Paypal balance.

Finally, After waiting for more than a week! I escalated to Paypal for review!
The case will close until 25 at this month, hopefully Paypal will understand the situation and get my money back

He is not from BHW, I found him on eBay, then I ask him to open a listing on eBay for safety purpose, he told me that he's out of free listing, and he can't make a listing, so he can make it again after a month from now!

I taked the risk and deal with him with Paypal ONLY. then i'm waiting him right now.

I couldn't found a way to refund my payment, there is ONLY report it as Unauthorized payment.

Next time, make sure the person you are getting Bitcoins from are actually legitimate.

Finding someone verified on eBay is the equivalent of finding love on Criagslist. It's possible, but you're going to get fucked over more often than not.

Just be safe from who you're getting it from man.

I received an email from Paypal that the seller provides tracking information/number, WOW, how this could be possible!
when I checked the information he's writing as tracking information, he said:

"Tracking Company: Other
Tracking Number: bitcoin transaction"

LOL, What do I have now? Paypal investigates on the information provided by the seller. Do I have to wait for Paypal and contact me for further updates?

Tracking Number: bitcoin transaction"

WOW, Paypal investigate on his response, do I have to do something about that, or just wait until PayPal finish the investigation?

Paypal doesn't allow crypto transactions. I hope their buyer protection works for you, but normally they won't be able to do anything.

The seller doesn't provide any proofs of shipment which seems correct or document proofs!

I think you're in a bad position in this scenario. BTC is a useful currency, but PayPal's skull is too thick to figure it out.

I'd just contact them to see if you can get anything done.

If not, then just chalk it up to the game at that point man.
