I want to index my backlinks but they're not indexing, can anyone have any free site or method to index my links.

I followed methods like social sharing and ping or indexers but they don't worked. what really worked is web 2.0 website by posting my backlinks and submit to google with fetch as google. but still, some backlinks not get indexed I used web 2.0 method again to non-indexed backlinks but still...
