How can I index my backlinks easily?

I followed methods like social sharing and ping or indexers but they don't worked.
what really worked is web 2.0 website by posting my backlinks and submit to google with fetch as google.
but still, some backlinks not get indexed I used web 2.0 method again to non-indexed backlinks but still they don't get indexed, although, they also don't use no-index attribute.
please tell me how can I index these backlinks easily?
