urls index

I followed methods like social sharing and ping or indexers but they don't worked. what really worked is web 2.0 website by posting my backlinks and submit to google with fetch as google. but still, some backlinks not get indexed I used web 2.0 method again to non-indexed backlinks but still...

I've written 2 new posts last week but they are not getting index. In search console, it shows urls submitted but not indexed. I also fetched these URLs. How much time does it take to index these URLs?
