Hey, I checked my external links on my homepage and found that 7 were d0follow and 4 were not. Should i switch all to n0f0ll0w? Is this going to benefit my PR (which currently is nonexistent because of some weird google glitch, lol) or will it hurt it, or neither?

How would I go about finding a specific external link (deep link) located on any page of a certain web site? Some may be d0follow but some may be nofollow and some might even just be plain text. I need to remove them for SEO purposes though as they're spammy and totally unrelated. Im not sure...
