Find out if facebook marked the website as spam

Sometimes I see other people posting stuff in groups and when you click it it says omething like "you will be directed to an external website, are you sure you want to do it" and I think the one who posted it can't see this message because Facebook only hide this message from him/his ip adress to make him think everything works fine just nobody want to see it so stop doing it. Have anyone idea how to find out if the website is marked as spam without asking other people to click the links and check it out? Sorry for my bad english
