Is this a bad thing for SEO?

So when I am writing articles, I don't give out Do Follow links when I am externally linking. They are all no follow links, and I saw Yoast SEO Premium mention that that I don't have any Do Follow links in my article. I don't think I should just give out Do Follow links like that from my blog well at least not at the moment, does it do any harm to the SEO?

If the site your linking to is trustworthy (wikipedia etc.) i don't see a problem with giving a do follow link
 
This is a good decision actually not to give ******** links if your blog has the possibility to earn from guest posts but even if you give, it won't harm your seo.

I generally prefer giving ******** backlinks if I really found out helpful content. In return, people of other blogs may give you some backlinks.
 
You don't need to give ******** links and Yoast gives a lot of garbage recommendations. Stay safe.
 
Giving Outbound links to the relevant page is one of the trust signals to Google. For example, giving outbound links to Wikipedia. But it doesn't matter if there are no outbound links to the page. It won't harm the SEO.
 
External linking to relevant sources is pretty powerful. If it’s an affiliate link, I’d put as no-follow. If you’re talking about BlackHatWorld, you should link BlackHatWorld as do-follow.
 
If they are giving link to any authority site, then you can use do-follow tag
 
You can give ******** links to reputed blogs. Just do not create lot of ******** backlinks.
 
As long as it's linked to a good site, you have no problem. Feel free to include them.
 
If you are linking to authority sites or sites with great content that you trust, you should use d0follow backlink. Use no-follow for affiliate links.
 
Many websites practice this, and this is not a bad one. If anything- Google will like you for doing this.
