Sorry so much about the wait! Its really annoying it keeps freezing up at 301 and I have some other problems, and TheMOneyWizard, im just trying to fix it, okay it takes time jerk.
 
A good idea but the concept is flawed. The entire point should be to have the traffic look like actual users as much as possible as someone previously stated. If your using public proxies that who knows how many other people have scraped and are using as well your just leaving a nice footprint that youtube will use to ban your vids and accounts. Not only that but each IP should only hit the video once, and some should hit it twice and very few should hit it 3 times at most. As well as rotating user agents, screen resolutions, viewing time, referrers etc...I've written my own personal youtube tools and speaking from trial and error this is the only way to get the views to stick. Good luck with your bot though
 
I know I am jumping on a long and old thread but I have some YT bots. I have been using VPNs and they all working fine - some guys using the bots also use things like Hide My IP to change IPs every so often.

Don't be too hard on the OP, YT bots are not the easiest to put together - I have spent many hours getting everything working well so don't give the OP a hard time :)
