What about YouTube checking the machine ID with JavaScript and not counting these views (even with proxies) because they see that all of them originate from the same machine?

You guys should know that using webBrowser + proxy will only give you 300 views and then freeze the video this trick used to work in 2008-2009

this is not true. certainly need to create each time a new session, so no old cookies, cache, etc. ... the real problem of using a web browser (awesomium, gecko, etc ...) is the consumption of cpu and ram. if they are open 15/20 video also intel i7 may have problems
you can get 300 views from 1 ip... everyday
