Just use goblin to scrape proxies, make sure it's getting socks 4 proxies

I have read that you need to view a YouTube video for at least 30 seconds for the view to count (There is some debate over this) but you want to randomize the view times, or they will get wise to you (less debate on this). You would want some bounce rate to keep it realistic.

The closer you can create to a real user the better. If possible use google or YouTube search with keywords to locate the video.
