Youtube blackhat grow channel advice

I have around 500$ budget to spend on growing my youtube channel and eventually having real viewers. I was told it would be worth to buy a channel with lots of old subscribers. I found a Monetized channel, 80000 subs for 470$, is it worth to buy to have authority in my niche? Or should I buy a botted Monetized yt channel with 1k subs for 100$, or should I buy a 2006-2009 created channel with views and no subs to be picked up by the algorithm quicker (10$) or should I invest the 500$ in phones to make a phone farm to bot my views? Or should I buy 4g proxies and hire a programmer to make me a good bot to get views? Or should I buy cheap smm views youtube suggested views for 0.5$ /1000 views =1 Million views on multiple videos or should I buy high retention views 1.6$/1000 or should I buy RAV views 2.88$/1000 views or should I pay microworkers to search for my Video+ watch half of it and like it? ( CTR Manipulation) (30$/1000views) or should I run google discovery ads to my niche,( 50$/1000 views= 1 sub costs around 1$ for me after a bit of testing) btw my channel is tutorial (only search based, so I have to rank in youtube search, not get recommended.) What do you, what should I do? How what would spend the money if you were in my situation?

You can buy the Monetized channel- 80000 subs for 470$ and start working on it to increase revenues.

Ye I could, probably all inactive viewers/ bots so Id have to start from basically 0 again...Except I have 80k subs+ monetized... But thank you for your opinion

Hi, the channel is old and in another language, I think Russian, so the audience wouldn’t watch my videos.

And the channel isn’t Blackhat, it’s search based, Tutorial Content.

If it's in russian it wouldn't make sense to invest 480 $ in it. The Subscribers wouldn't watch your videos and probably unsubscribe really soon. I would look out for another fitting channel in your niche and in your language or buy an aged account and go from scratch. In the end if you make quality content the views and subscriber will come eventually in any way.

Okay thank you, but I’ve heard that channels like that with 80k subs+ Monetized would rank higher in search and get recommended by algorithm. Do you think I should spend it on smm Panels? And there are more channels being sold. 70k subs for 500$ but 0 likes 0 comments on every video, but monetized and English videos.

Don't buy an unrelated channel. You'll upload the videos, YouTube will show it to the subscribers and they won't be interested. The algorithm will conclude that your channel is uninteresting and it will be very hard to revive it.
