are you capable of the task of writing a competing application? show me that you are. i'll give you a small assignment...which i will pay you for. this is what separates the bullshitters from real hustlers. you miss the point completely. this thread is not about the serious 'bidness' i conduct. it's about the rate at which good support for products and services seems to be declining...but i don't expect YOU to understand that.

Greed is the answer, lack of morals as well. It disgusts me to see people spending their hard earned money on stuff that don't work. The day I become like these people, that day I will kill myself.

On a side note, it can takes years for people to learn how to properly use xrumer. It's not some plug and play link building kit, OP. As much as I love competition, thinking you can just hire someone to write an xrumer clone is as ignorant as claiming what a baller you are because you bought some software whilst not understanding the concepts needed to use it properly. That's like buying a jet to show off while it's parked because you don't know how to fly it. Whether it's ten dollars, or a grand; throwing money away is not business acumen. Randomly insulting people while making claims about how much of a bigshot you are is only going to burn you in the end. I understand, and agree, with the opinion on customer service in general these days. People aren't paid to care any more, and that's sad, but blowing off steam in public and ranting without logic does no service to you or your opinion.

Instead of wasting your time and ours by bitching and moaning in this useless thread posted in the wrong place, you could have already hired a VA who knows how to operate the damn thing, hell, at your budget you could have hired even a Russian translator.
I'm not a Xrumer user but I do know simply from the BHW threads that it has a learning curve and that the support sucks. They are well known facts.

none of the threads about xrumer reference a situation where a customer offered to pay for premium support and was turned down. just for your information, laziness can actually be a good thing. you sound like my grandmother who thinks i'm lazy because i use a washing machine, a dishwasher and the dry cleaners...she still does her laundry with her hands, you see?

and why do i need a russian translator? it just seemed that the sensible first step will be to offer to pay the seller of the app to have them set it up. i imagined they were the experts of their product. apparently, their expertise only goes so far. their support sucks because everyone sits back and lets them get away with that shit...which i seriously think is nonsense. you don't lower your standards as a group of customers simply because an app developer seems to have monopoly in a particular niche.

BTW: i like the quote in your signature...in spite of the dichotomy between the sensibility it purports and your actual intellectual capacity.

mistakes happen.. it's part of life.. and not everything is going to go your way. especially in business. If you're going to throw a temper tantrum every time something doesn't go according to your plan.. you aren't going to make it that far.

yeah it sucks that they didn't call you about your computers when they were completed.. but it's not the end of the world.

i'm glad someone else realizes the decline in quality service and support. this is happening not because service providers are incapable of doing better. it is the case because people like YOU and I sit around and let THEM get away with it. we do so because we're intimidated by their seemingly amazing feat of manufacturing a product that has no competition...because we are afraid of getting burned as a result of our public 'ranting'. their state of mind is akin to a celebrity who quickly forgets who made them famous. your stuff sells only because WE buy it. without your customers, all you really have are lines of gibberish in notepad or whatever editor you use.

WE as customers are fucking up by lowering our standards and kowtowing to their delusions of grandeur. if we all continue to take it up the ass without lube for fear of getting burned, the situation will only perpetuate. people like me have to risk getting burned and speak up.

i'm not a stranger to learning. i will make the application work for me. i'm certainly not a trust fund fellow. i earned the cash i used to purchase my apps and equipments. i didn't do it with a low business acumen. this 'ranting' is intended to get the attention of the crappy service providers. burn me if you like...but i believe i'm achieving my purpose.

Don't include me in your group, I'm nothing like you. Don't ever presume people have a share in your opinions. You've babbled on and insulted people while hiding behind the concept of intellect. It's incredibly transparent.

Expectation is what caused your issues, that and nothing else. Your expectations are your problem, stop claiming they are others peoples ignored responsibilities. Expectation vs outcome is a cyclical game if you don't take the time to educate yourself before investing in something. That goes for time, money, people; it's all-encompassing.

Actually I was only able to read part of it before I was laughing so hard I couldn't see my screen. It seems to me like you are the one who has the problem here not me. Good luck figuring your little man syndrome out, I wish you the best!
 
Funny, you are an intellectual now having intellectual debates :) Even though English is not my primary spoken and written language I'm trying to improve it constantly and I still think that the reference to 'bitching and moaning' is correct and spot on. Sure, laziness is a good thing sometimes, but not when is your money and business involved. I guess the Russian Xrumer support guys might be thinking the same, that laziness is a good thing :)

If you're a serious businessman you should know that botmaster doesn't give a fuck. As long as his servers are up and the software is working , that's all you can ask of him. Xrumer is so powerful that it doesn't need all the 24/7 friendly happy customer service to back it up. Yes I get pissed off with their lack of support too on occasions, but you have to solve shit yourself I guess.
 
@The OP, Perhaps you're forgetting that you can't make everyone do anything by offering them (more)money. Not everyone's a whore for money, unlike you. I'd rather do my own thing and make $2000/month and be my own boss rather than suck up to to someone else and make $50000/month, like you seem to be doing. You need to accept the fact that not everyone is like you in this world. If they don't fulfill your needs, don't do business with them. Period.

I agree, companies should give good customer service...it just doesnt mean they all will. I have been lucky so far all of the stuff I have bought in IM has had really good customer service. I think most people in IM who are serious have good service.
