point taken...you're scared of getting burned. my expectation is not a problem...it's merely a normal situation. go to the gas station, give the cashier a $50, walk to the pump and DON'T expect the gas to flow when you release the lever. that sounds quite normal. you're right, i'm not like you. i, on the other hand, expect what i believe i'm paying for. they are usually tailored in accordance with my principles. i make it a habit of providing my customers with what they pay for.

i'm not sure what seems off. that was the first copy i purchased about 6 years ago when i had a lot more time and much less money. obviously, you completely neglected the date on the post for comic relief. i haven't touched the software in about 5 years. what's your point?

i find it rather intriguing that a lot of people commenting completely neglect the valid points i'm making and dwell on my 'big dick'. what's more nobody really seems to have the cojones to test it out. puzzling, isn't it?

dude, i totally understand your point of view here. not everyone is as hungry for money and that is absolutely ok. if i may ask, are the customers who pay you the total amount of $2k a month satisfied with the quality of service you provide? if so, you have the right method in place to sustain it. if not, you will find yourself right where you don't want to be...working for someone else.

right there...that is the whole point i'm making. they don't give a fuck because WE allow them to get away with it. if every customer who gets bad service is ballsy enough to protest and demand good service, these product developers will respond accordingly. if you say nothing, it will just go on and on and on....

I see. So you've forgotten how to use it after being an advanced user? That's a valid question, not a jibe. I have personally never used xrumer and can't comment on this.

I don't have a customer paying me $2k/month - My highest paying customer is $1k/month. And he's more than satisfied.
While I may be understanding and accepting of the fact that people provide shit support, I myself believe in great support and live up to the buyer's expectations, sometimes exceeding it.
Also, he doesn't try and boss me around. He knows that I know my shit, and he doesn't bother me with questions about it. We have more of a friendly relationship, to the point that he's even invited me to his place during the holidays. THAT'S the sort of business relationships that I believe in, not your type.

There are far too many factors involved in anything to be able to judge it properly without knowing the situation. When you say

That's not always true. If I don't have the method in place to sustain it, I can either leave the customers and keep finding new ones. Or I can move onto a different niche(from seo to affiliate marketing perhaps?), and still be working for myself.

Nowadays dick size is secondary. The way you use that dick matters the most.

PS. Even if i have typos i really don't give a $shit. I can bet i speak more languages than you do.
I do offer services off-line (like servers maintenance and field repairs) but i always ignore requests from the idiots that don't read the manuals at least 3-4 times.
If they send me a question and the answer is in the manual then most of the time they end up in the block list after sending them the end of agreement.

Oh. FIY. $4k for a computer is really nothing. You should see people paying about a minimum of $15k for a decent video server (2k to 8k resolution). With your $4k you can buy a video card for those(or for the new models... you might need about $7-$7.5k).
