Are you knowledgeable about dedicated servers?
If so help me find the best dedicated server and
i'll pay you $10 for helping me find one.

Keep your 10$, go with Azure for windows.
DigitalOcean for linux
AWS if you know what you do.

This is if you want quality tho.

Also you can check ovh, soyoustart, kimsufi for great prices.

Why not save your self a 20$ and try to learn how to install and manage a server. For windows it should be easy enough.

And about the server config.. What software you are planning to run on the server ? What resources does the software needs most CPU / RAM ?

Hetz is known to have some wild discounts from time to time and pretty great specs and connectivity, you just need to know what you need.
