Who is better: School or Working Experience?

Just wondering if i apply for job to a company like (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc) will that be better if i have a School Diploma or Working Experience?

In my case i have working experience more than 6 years on (Html, Css, Php, JS, Ajax, Api, Xml, Bootstrap, etc... ) So i feel much comfort taking a project from the beginning and finish it without any problem, Since i have self learned for more than 10 years now, and basically have done some of the most needed tasks, in web programing.

What i did is i apply to (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc) and almost all of them sent an email telling that ( there is no interest to continue with me! ) with much nicer words :)

I'm thinking maybe is that i do not have the school Bachelor degree?

Or should i do some online courses, but not sure where?

The first thing you need to do when applying to top companies is to make your application stand out, make it different from the majority of others. Just use your creativity, that's what they're looking for in the first place.
Don't list the things you've been responsible for on your previous jobs or the tasks you can perform perfectly, better tell what kind of a contribution you've made to the development and success of the companies you worked for and how the company you apply to will benefit from your employment.
It's also nice to have references from your former employers.
Remember there is no universal key to success and there are thousands of people with university degrees and long-standing work experience who nevertheless don't get hired by Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.

I’d go with real world experience any day.

Take this forum for example, do they teach what we’re learning and sharing in a school? Even if they teach digital marketing, it’s a few years behind the times.

I have friends in IM who get messages from professors asking them to use their content in lectures.

Do you think they learned their skills in a classroom?

Hell no.

For the basics, school is great. For real world application and solving tough problems, I’ll go with an experienced hand any day of the week.

Caveat: I’ll also give a promising recent grad a shot. It all depends on the situation and how pressing the needs of the company are.

I don't know where you come from, but the college/university background is crucial from where I come.

I suggest you work on your English for starters, there really is no excuse in this day and age. Having bad grammar/spelling just makes you look unprofessional, at least in my opinion.
