I am thinking of hosting a forum/Newgrounds (portal submission) style website except with no restrictions on submitted works (except no child porn, since it is illegal everywhere and is disgusting) and no monitoring of what people say or what information they share. I need hosting advice.
Here is the current Idea as is.
Domain Name (not yet fully decided)
Extension - .tw (also going to have a TOR link as well)
Domain Name Registry - Njal.la'
DDOS protection - Shinjiru.com'
Server Hosting Ideas (as of now)

-BPW.sc' (Is this site active?)
Also can some people suggest some SEO tags
