in my opinion you’re targeting a broad group 25 to 60 years old and that too all genders. That might be too wide , so narrow it down to 35-50 years old, since they’re more likely to need hardware. Your reach and impressions are also low so try better visuals or offers, like a 10% discount, to get more clicks.

For capturing leads, WhatsApp works better , already POS campaigns show $1.27-$1.30 per messaging conversion, while lead forms are more expensive at $1.13-$1.30 per lead. Stick to WhatsApp for now and also, check your lead forms. If they’re long, people won’t fill them out. Make them short , simply name and number only.

Pause the tailored leads campaigns since they’re pricier at $1.13-$1.30. Put that budget into POS campaigns, which are performing better. Test this for a week. See if the cost per lead drops closer to $0.5. That’s my advice. What do you think?

Increased lead costs may be due to overly broad targeting, outdated creative, or file saturation. Try narrowing your audience, using advanced forms to filter out better leads, and retesting your ad copy. Inbox instead of form is sometimes easier to close in the industry you need advice on.

It seems like your target audience is not working, narrow it down and refine your audience so that you can focus on potential target customers.

To generate leads effectively on Facebook, you need to focus on lead ads. Make sure your ads have a compelling offer, a clear call to action (CTA), and an easy-to-fill form that users can complete quickly. It’s also important to take full advantage of Facebook’s audience targeting features. This allows you to reach the right people based on interests, behaviors, and lookalike data, maximizing your campaign’s relevance and conversion rate.

I used to get leads for around $0.50 too, but now it’s always over $1. My targeting hasn’t changed — all genders, age 25–60. It used to work great.

Tried both WhatsApp and FB lead forms. WhatsApp seems cheaper, but still not ideal. Not sure if the platform just got more expensive or if my ads are getting stale.

You should run targeted lead generation ads and target your primary audience to reduce costs and reach the right target audience.

The best approach is to use "Lead Ads" that are targeted, have compelling content, a clear offer, and a short form.
