It sounds like your audience may have saturated or costs have shifted, you might test narrowing interests, refreshing creatives, or retargeting warm audiences; also, comparing lead quality between WhatsApp and lead forms can help you focus budget on the most valuable channel.

One of the best methods for generating lead on Facebook is to post targeted lead ads featuring an attractive offer, definitive call-to-action, and simple-to-fill instant form, and utilizing Facebook's audience targeting features to target users based on interests, behaviors, and lookalike data to achieve maximum relevance and conversion.

i am doing this. until last month i was fine ! but now suddenly

Check the area you choose to ad, too small or overlapping areas. Also check more keywords, because of that, those locks are no longer suitable for the present.

Your target audience is too broad. You need to focus on analyzing your target audience's demographics and interests to find an effective customer base to reduce the cost of reaching them.

To effectively generate leads on Facebook, you should run targeted lead generation ads that include a compelling offer, a clear call to action, and a quick-to-fill form right on Facebook. And use Facebook’s monetization tools to reach the right people based on their interests, behaviors, and compatible characteristics, optimizing for relevance and conversions.

Rising costs could be due to ad fatigue or broader targeting. Try narrowing age groups.

Hi! Thanks for sharing your situation. In fact, the increase in conversion costs on Facebook can be due to a number of factors, even if the previous campaign was effective. Here are some reasons
-Changes in Facebook's algorithm
-Increased competition
-Overly broad audience configuration
-Lack of ad copy and budget optimization
So here are some suggestions for you:
Optimize your target audience to target the right potential customers.
Test and optimize your ad creative to keep your campaign fresh and effective.
Use reasonable budget and bidding strategies, especially CBO and try manual bidding.
Retargeting is a great way to optimize costs and increase conversion rates.

Good suggestions, but how do you analyze the increased competition?

Good suggestions, but how do you analyze the increased competition?
When multiple advertisers target a specific audience, Facebook (or other platforms) uses an auction mechanism to decide which ads are shown.
More people compete for the same ad position → Cost per impression (CPM) or cost per click (CPC) increases → Cost to generate leads also increases.

It means that you observe the CPC and CPL rates to analyze competition, right?

Hey! Rising lead costs on Facebook are a common hurdle. Increased competition or ad fatigue could be factors despite consistent broad targeting. Since lead forms are pricier for you, consider focusing on a well-optimized website landing page to capture potentially higher-intent leads. Refreshing your ad creative and exploring more specific interest targeting might also help bring costs down. Keep a close eye on your Ads Manager data to pinpoint what's shifting!

You might improve results by narrowing your audience targeting, testing different ad creatives, and using custom audiences or lookalike audiences; also, try optimizing landing pages to boost lead quality and reduce cost.

You need to analyse the audience insight of your campaign like age, interest, location, behavior. Try to narrow down the audience to get better CTR which can reduce the lead cost. Also, try A/B testing different ad creatives and copy to see which one resonates better with your audience. As for lead generation, consider using a lead magnet like a free ebook or consultation to attract potential customers and collect their information. This can sometimes result in lower lead costs compared to direct lead form campaigns.

Innovation is the job of advertising, test new ads constantly.

Currently, the number of advertisers operating in many industries has increased significantly. Increased competition will threaten your customer reach and the cost of reaching customers will also increase.
