What methods work in 2023?

I read a buch of threads but most social media websites have systems to ban any type of affiliate activity.
Spamming facebook, reddit and others seems impossible. Lots of bans and wasted money on proxies.

How do you even rank videos on youtube in 2023?

Does blogging still work?
Is it worth it to start a blog in a tier 3 country and monetize it with Adsense/Ezoic?

I am searching the forum, but seems that most methods are outedated and no longer work...

You are searching the forum but not applying any information you see. Don’t worry every single person has made that mistake and will keep making that mistake.
Pick a method, try it for 2 weeks and get a feel for actually working towards something online.
Content creation, link spamming, cold marketing anything

Pick one stick to it and get a feel for it find out what you like what you don’t what you understand what you don’t until a method sticks then do NOT stop until you are a master in that method.

For youtube, you have to be consistent on similar topics to let Youtube know that you are some kind of authority in that niche. Youtube then starts to automatically increase your videos reach but it takes time.

Blogging still works but it is not as easy as it was a few years back. Tier 3 countries don't pay much and if you can manage to get most traffic from Tier 1 countries, you can earn good amount.
 
I am thinking about starting a blog in latino Spanish, but I read the RPMs are horribly low.
My English is not good enough for creating a blog in English.

Any one got experience with bloggin in tier 3 countries?

Ask ChatGPT to fix up any grammar or punctuational errors

There is not a mathod for easy and quick money with little to no work or special skills involved.

If you put time and effort anything can work wonders for you.
