What is Bitcoin future?

For me, as long as the Internet exists and governments won't block it. It will have a good future, also I think it may be necessary especially for huge amounts of transactions plus its anonymous.

Its always a good payment gateway.

If it was up to people to decide, BTC stays. Unfortunately it isn't.
Governments always find their way to restrict freedom.
Think of net neutrality and ISP control over data.
Today, you can do most of the things online, as long as they aren't appaling or breaking DMCA or IP.
In the future, things could get much uglier than that.
Crypto could end up in same bracket as torrents - technically feasible but illegal.
