What black hat tactics work in 2019

As we all know, Google has spent a lot of time and money in the attempt to make ranking a website or keyword a long and honest one. This however never stops SEO'ers from finding new ways, and also blatantly black hat tactics to gain an unfair advantage.

What black hat tactics still work in 2019, or what new black hat tactics have spanned recently that take into account the new search engines own tactics to fight back yet still work?

I suppose we could also ask what grey and white hat tactics work in 2019 too ( i fear i may start an unintentional side argument of 'what counts as black/grey/white hat in 2019' too, sorry but do carry on).

With new Google Updates nothing specific changes, only certain people might have their blogs penalised, backlinks penalised etc.

The way will always be PBN's and backlinks to your website. Florida 2 update which came out last month makes backlinks an even stronger ranking factor now.

So who said PBN's are dead? By the looks of it, quality PBN's with rich content are a force to be reckoned with still in 2019. They may take time to put together but i suppose you have those relevant sites forever more, only adding to its authority. How long does it take to put together a good PBN, how many sites in the network, how many pages on each site? As you may be able to tell, i am by no means an expert but am trying to soak up as much info as possible now that i run my own eCommerce business and do all the marketing myself. The opinions and input from you guys that have been there and done it is invaluable. Yes, the best lessons are learnt by making mistakes, but why not learn from the mistakes others have made? Is'nt that the idea behind sites such as BHW

I been gathering a huge list of sites ranking, 1000+ affiliate sites for a product

And I can tell you, all the sketchy shit you never think of works.

Devil is in the details, I.e spam 1 page web 2.0s links pushing #1, paid charity links etc

A lot of them work, but you need to know why it works - and not just the general strategy

PBN's 'work' to an extent, but not really worth it anymore in my opinion. Have to spend $200 to get the same ranking increase as you would of done with $30 3-4 years ago.

I am always too worried to try anything not '100% safe' for my main money site. Just not worth loosing all the hard work done. What i should do is setup a few test sites and try old and new black hat tactics on them and see what will work and what will bomb your site. Would be very interesting, it's just getting the time to do it.

well ... There are a lot of tactics to use black hat seo such as keyword stuffing , hidden txt and links , poor quality content , duplicate content , cloaking , social media spamming, page swapping , private and paid links , hacking and i think there are other black hat seo

Links working better than ever. And CTR on organic results. Honestly just CTR has way more weight than it should, being that it's so easy to manipulate.
