Your payment structure seems questionable. It is concerning that you charge a 3% withdrawal fee, and the exchange rate from USD to USDT is not equivalent to that of USDT to USD. Your platform appears to be primarily focused on collecting fees, without being transparent about high card issuing fees that may potentially exploit users. It is frustrating to see such practices that do not align with fair and logical standards.

is this logic in your mind? even transfers don't take that much time, I really see this as a fraud scheme

1) About the exchange rates: we have dynamic exchange rates, which are changed every couple of minutes depending on the market price, thus there may be some difference in the exchange rates.
2) Withdrawals are processed manually on our platform, and there are several reasons for that. First being that sometimes some transactions authorise several days after the day of payment, thus we want to ensure that no cards are left with negative balance. Second reason is that we want to ensure that the withdrawal operations to 3rd party wallets are iniciated by the holder of account. For example, we had several cases when a team-member of the account holder decided to withdraw funds to his personal account after leaving that team, or we had cases where users lost access to their email and, consequently to all the accounts connected to this e-mail. To prevent out users from loosing their funds, we process all the withdrawals manually, And, due to high volume, this process may take up to 14 days, however these are usually done faster.
3) As for pricing, we have all the prices and fees stated on the card purchase screen, which is accessible for all our users upon registration. Which means, users can clearly see whether our pricing suit them or not without any top-ups. And, if for some reason, the client decides to stop using our cards, we have withdrawal option available, which not every vcc service has. BTW, for Unlimited verification level minimum amount for withdrawal is $10
