Video aggregation site question

Hey guys,

I'm building a site that will be a platform that aggregates specific video content to users (hip-hop/entertainment). It is a similar technique of a website called WorldstarHipHop. My question is how do I get video content to pour into my site?

WorldstarHipHop is so popular that they get thousands of submissions to their site per day. They are already well established in the market. However, If you have an new site how do you entice people to post their videos? Is reaching out to people to get permission to post their videos on my site a viable method as I'm building a following?

Seems like a job for a simple wordpress plug-in when it comes to curating content. As far as getting people to post videos on your site you already know the answer to that man. Lots and lots of work marketing the damn thing. YOu need a marketing strategy.
