Hello, i had an app and it is banned. I uploaded it again with new package name without change any code, key, image. Now my old banned app is reinstated by Google Play Team. There are two same app in my console now. My developer account can be banned, what must i do? I think i must transfer one app to another developer account. But other developer console can be banned too. What do you think you? I don't want lose old app, it has 100k+ install.

Why was it banned? Once your app is suspended you can't do anything to it. It just stays there in your console.

No suspended app now, App is live now. I appealed and they reinstated it. Problem is i have two same application now and they are live. Google will see them as spam.

Is there a more risk free method? like transfer

I don't believe there is, but you would have to ask support that. You can change the name and icon to make it look like a "Premium" version and then just leave it unpublished. I don't feel it would be an issue.

No problem just leave it .... Can you share the email that you sent to google team ?

Delete the new app before they banned your account because of duplicate content.

You cant download the app when it is published. What you can is unpublish those app.

If you really want to avoid fingerprint because of same app, maybe you can upload dummy app which contains 'hello world' only and 'this is main fragment' for othe dummy app

After that, just unpublish both of them

The moment you unpublish it
Your app goes to the mighty bot for analysis
If you are unlucky he will find duplicate content and ban them both
Wise thing to do is to contact dev support and explain them the situation
That you published the second version and than appealed than unpublish it as they will advise you

On a side note
Why your app was suspended in the first place anyway ? and how did you reinstate it

The Second app was deleted by Google Play Team. Issue was fixed.

The App is webview. They removed for this reason. They didn't believe the website was mine. I sent different documents and they reinstated the app. I think they make difficult the webview apps gradually.
