Magento if you need just a store. Ubercart if you want good integration with a powerful CMS. Ubercart would need serious customization though. For Magento you can find themes already built that look good.

Magento is the de-facto standard. Everything else is a child's play, really. Of course it's an overkill if you only have a dozen or so products.

I'll say that Opencart is the best. If you ask me why, I can say: easy to develop, easy to find extensions, modules, cheap developer who can help for you and much more.

All systems of this I know, but I will choose Opencart, Magento is hard to manage and to develop, all programmers of magento are in very hight prices
