Super newbie Question

Newbie question here, am kinda New to the SEO things,
Am looking to build PBN back links for my website because right now I have a DA of 0. I want to increase the domain authority so that I can start ranking for some keywords.
So my question is do I build back links to my domain URL or show I build them on the individual post URl giving that I have over 1k posts.
And question is can you point me to a service here on BHW that can do this for me.

Build links both for main URL and also for individual posts. No need to go for all 1000 posts.

i know it's not what you asked, but don't get too fixed on DA and similar metrics. DA doesn't rank you, google ranks you. DA is just a vague, easily manipulable estimation made up by Moz. i could get your page to 60DA with a 10 bucks Fiverr gig, and it certainly wouldn't do you any favors. my point is, you have to learn some real SEO before buying services here or anywhere. otherwise, you will almost surely get sold snake oil and your page will tank. i will edit this in a moment with a few links related to learning SEO. some are slightly old, but it should give you a good start. if you arent willing to learn all this stuff at a minimum, or to hire an SEO specialist who knows it already, forget about SEO.

Build to the homepage/categories/posts and make it natural as much as possible. I would not suggest going with PBN links since your PA/DA is still low. How old is your website?

To increase DA make sure your on-page content is optimized and increase social share. Build backlinks for both URL and individual posts too.

Your site is still new
Don't blast high DA links just for the sake of building links
Educate yourself on how these links work
