Starting a New YouTube Channel Using Suno + RunwayML — Need Pro Advice

Hi everyone,


I’m starting a new YouTube channel and I’d love advice from experienced creators (especially anyone who has scaled channels efficiently).


My workflow: I’m using Suno (paid version) to generate the audio and RunwayML to generate the visuals, then editing everything into long-form videos.

My plan (first month)​

• Upload 2 long videos per week (around 2 hours each)
• Focus on building a consistent library and improving titles/thumbnails over time
• I’ll keep updating this thread with my progress until I complete my first month, so I can learn from feedback and adjust fast
