Spending my first couple 100$ on IG

Hello,

After alot of reading and learning of this forum, it was time for me to actually write something myself. Excuse me if my use of language is incorrect.

A long time i've been trying to monetize any social media platform. No big money or any. Anything was fine. Now, after saving some $$. I finally gathered the balls to spend 100$ a month on IG.

Some friend of mine contacted me. He knew a guy that set-ups/manages IG accounts. He told me he would gather approx. 5-10k followers a month, and do hashtag research. I was interested. It seemed legit and all. After chatting a while, i convinced myself to accept his offer.

What is he going to do?
He will grow many accounts for me, in few months I will have a lot of followers and then ill decide what to do with it. It is a lot better then just buying new accounts. I think Ill be able to make a hell of a profit because of this guy

Whats next?
He created 10 IG accounts which he will manage and setup. I chose my own usernames and chose to gather content myself.

For now. Only 1 month to see if it's legit. And if it's legit, i've got 500 left. So 6 months in total. By then im hoping to cover the costs with profit

I'd ditch the guy and get software that is able to grow IG accounts like followliker. learn how marketing/growing instagram is done from the ground up so you can make better decisions as time goes on

I agree, you need to empower YOURSELF and don't rely on a middleman. Get followliker or massplanner. They can do the same thing for a fraction on the price.

This is true. I've tried this in the past. No luck tho. Maybe i put enough effort into it. But. This time. Since its more $$, i might work harder for it to earn it back. If it's not legit or anything. I wasted "only" 100$, and i can invest the 500 dollar better.

He claims to accumulate 5k-10k followers per month for each account.

It's very interesting topic guys. I would be happy to get some answers from people which are making profit out of IG already. If you can spend 100$ and get 10k followers out of it a month , then it means its really profitable , but I suppose that those followers would not be that active as it would be in case that you do follow/unfollow , like, comment with specific targeted audience which is fit to your IG account? Lets say I spend 1000$(10 months x 100$) and I've got at least 100k, so i can monetize my page and get at least 1000-2000 eur month from advertisements, but I don't believe that 100k followers is really 100k followers in this case because these followers will be not engaged to like , comment post..What is your opinion? Maybe I'm wrong.. And sorry for my english if its not very clear
