SMS Apis, Crms, etc

I got banned by my crm sms API for sending too many messages from the same IP address//instance

I'm considering setting up rotating IPs with my sender, I was talking it over with my Dev but I'm not sure if I should use data center or residential proxies or even mobile proxies.

Would using the same API key (or multiple) to send out on different HTTP connections help me avoid this issue? I know that I should also encrypt content (Cyrillic, Latin) I always do this.

Would appreciate any genuine help on this, and I'm willing to compensate for your time and information if its genuine.

Please don't waste my time I wouldn't want to waste yours.

Not familiar with crm sms API but isn't it easier to use Twilio and purchase whatever amount of sms you need?
