With Instagrams recent blocks on a lot of datacenter proxies i have decided i wanna keep 1 account on a "high-quality" residentail or 4G proxy. I searched online for the types and all i could find were proxies that cost over 100 USD monthly. Should i just buy a cheap laptop(or smartphone if possible?) and have the adapter connected to wall 24/7? Or is that not something you would recomend?
Should i use a VPS or run automation(Jarvee) locally?

If you run just 1 Account than VPS would be enough. Proxies are meant to be used only when scaling your operation. So you can skip on the proxy part.

With 10 accounts I'd go for 1 proxy for each one, maybe 2 accounts per proxy (depends how much you love them).

You definitely shouldn't run them all from the same IP address. For 10 accounts proxies are a must. Try to find a hidden proxy provider who hasn't been contaminated, yet. Or look into to creating your own, my own proxies work much better than any providers because IG hasn't had thousands of internet marketers using them.
