Shopify Payment question.

My buddy who is under 18 wanted to get started with the aliexpress dropshipping method and he got his whole website set up and everything but he ran into a major problem. Stripe could not "verify his business details" under tax detains. Would he still get paid if someone buys on his website? If not what should he do? Is there a way around it? Should he have his parent put his info? Thanks for your help I'm sure he would appreciate a response!

I'm under 18 and have been using shopify payments which is a division of stripe. I put all real info but my birthdate 1 year up and was able to signup.
If he can't signup then its probably best to ask his/her parents and have it signed up under their name
