Scrape Box XRumer

I bought scrape box and Xrumer a long time ago and I haven't used either of them does anyone still use them (I know this is the white hat section and xrumer is black hat but as we all know xrumer comes with xevil) and if so how? I heard that the blog posting function on Scrapebox was bad and you can use it for scraping URLs but what are you supposed to do with the URLs? the whole thing just confuses me I also bought the email scraper for scrapebox I tried it out a while ago and I never sent any emails because they all looked sketchy or was I just overthinking it every time I open scrapebox it just overloads me because initially, I thought I was just suppose to scrape some proxies then scrape come key words then scrape some URLs then post blog posts and it was just going to be all honkey dorey but after reading through these post I now realize I have no idea what I'm doing can someone please help me I don't want to let it go to waste.
