I want to open shitlist and report user Weblycos: https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/weblycos.641602/

As I need Azure Account and he PM to sell 4 Account = 60$, after payment he asked can not created Account and asked wait for refund.
After fews day, he told many reason as payment process and Until now 20 days passed ago, he kept silent .

I've got few scammer of other site so he ask that he was an old member with 5 year to work well on BHW so I trust and send payment first.

All you notice and dont work with him anymore.

Punk move on your part @Weblycos by coming on BHW and not popping in here.

We often work with people time wise but you are losing that privilege by not responding in here when I know for a fact you saw and read my PM.
 
Hi, @BassTrackerBoats first of all let me clarify why i didn't actually respond to here before now. I saw you gave me 48 horus to respond. Actually tried to manage account or 80$ btc whatever i could so i would have pay and tell him in pm . I know responding won't help if i can't return the money or azure account .so it would be much easier problem for me. As you said to me first place No one wants to see name on shitlist.
Op @henryhuy is a nice person, gave me time whatever i asked. Boss @BassTrackerBoats gave me suggestions and time even more than i asked. but i failed to deliver either money back or azure account. He has every right to be mad and disgusted. I take full responsibility whatever i did but trust me
i tried like 10 different vcc to make azure account but looks like something is not working. i don't know what but it always comeup with account banned .
I will take every bit of blame cause i deserve it. But i never wanted to rip him. Probably i only didn't respond to him one of his Pm when i had last btc finished buying another useless vcc.
Op and @BassTrackerBoats I need a few more time. Trying to get a few clients for video edit. so i could manage the money. for some reason, everything is harder right now but again. Nothing worth more than this account. Please allow me a week or may be 10 days for better.
 
Yes i read it. i thought 48 means i have 48 hours. I saw this thread yesterday 9.00 AM ( bangladeshi time ) & I thought i have 48 hours. Sorry but honestly i thought i would use the time you gave me.

I have already managed 49$ worth of bitcoin and trying to get rest of the within today. In sha Allah i will manage any how. actually i owe him 60$ but i promised him to return 80$. Will keep my promises for sure. almost there.

Seeing as he's been on the forum and chose to ignore this, he can have a month away to collect the money he owes. Then when his temp ban is lifted, and he pays the refund we can close this.

@Weblycos , BTB was giving you plenty of chances, you took it upon yourself not to do the right thing. See you 4th January and you better have the funds to repay what you owe!
