PVA IG account & non PVA IG account,help!

which is better people please a PVA IG acount or non PVA IG account & why should i buy one and not the other,knowing that i ll use them for promoting cpa offers,using mass planner & proxies!!

PVA accounts are the ones which have been previously verified using a phone number. So in future if PVA occurs would you be able to verify the account using the initial number?

oh i see it won t be possible,thank so much bro you are a life saver, i was about to buy a bunch of PVA accounts and use them with mass planner, for the aged ones if i use them with a boot, is there will be phone verificaation problem or it occurs just with fresh accounts!!!
