Posting on Facebook groups

50 posts is a large number and carries significant risk. I would simply advise you to leave some intervals between posts. Good luck!

I think you should post manually, as automated posting can carry risks; also, you shouldn't post to too many groups in a single day.

I think you should use a manual approach and post to about 4–5 groups per day to avoid having your account locked.

For 50+ groups, I’d recommend manual posting with slightly customized content for each group. It’s safer and more reliable than using bots or bulk-posting extensions, even with an aged Facebook account.

Safest way: one profile in an antidetect browser with a separate proxy each.
Different fingerprint and IP per profile means Facebook can't link them and bans become way less likely.
Your 4-year-old account helps, but posting identical content to 50 groups fast is still a spam pattern. Do batches of 10 with pauses, slightly vary text and images, and don't rush it.

Big data is not just a buzzword. Facebook has such a big amount of data that I'm pretty sure they could even detect and link account farms posting on the same topic or for the same person.

I’d avoid posting too frequently in groups from the same account. Spread your posts out over time, since posting too much at once can make the account look spammy and may lead to warnings or posting restrictions.
