50 posts is a large number and carries significant risk. I would simply advise you to leave some intervals between posts. Good luck!

You have to create multiple accounts to spam groups; if you use a single account to post in 50 groups, it will get locked within just two or three days.
Safest way: one profile in an antidetect browser with a separate proxy each.
Different fingerprint and IP per profile means Facebook can't link them and bans become way less likely.
Your 4-year-old account helps, but posting identical content to 50 groups fast is still a spam pattern. Do batches of 10 with pauses, slightly vary text and images, and don't rush it.

I’d avoid posting too frequently in groups from the same account. Spread your posts out over time, since posting too much at once can make the account look spammy and may lead to warnings or posting restrictions.

You should look into automated posting tools for Facebook, but be aware of the risks associated with spam and the possibility of your Facebook account being restricted

If your project is solid, and not a churn and burn one, this cannot be stressed enough. The risks of traditional methods used to mass post or gain followers do leave a trace, and the bigger the operator, the bigger the trace it leaves. The safest bet would be to "become" the operator, for example using phone farms with real data plans in different locations, and limit yourself to your own site. Even with a setup like this, spreading to more than one account/site could be risky, as it would increase the behavior signature you leave behind.
Organic traffic is king, and this is as true now as it was 10 years ago.

For 50+ groups, I’d avoid bots or aggressive extensions because repetitive posting can trigger restrictions even on an older account Manual posting or Facebook’s own scheduling/tools where available is slower but it gives you better control over the content and group specific rules

I’d split it into even smaller batches. If you’re using a tool, have it browse each group for a few minutes and read a couple of posts before posting.

You must post manually 10-20 group in a day, separate the time (10 groups, after 10-12 hours, do the next 10 groups);
Do not post more than 25-30 groups per day, it will easily to suspended ID from posting, even account get restricted.
