Posting on Facebook groups

There is such an option. Just go to the group you like, add the photo you want, and then you'll see the words "add group" at the top, it's next to the "post anonymously" option. I think you can add up to 9 groups at once.

Be careful when posting to more than 50 groups. They might block you for spam.
