I ordered my site on June 9th. I provided a fully functional and licensed theme. You had issue on 6/12 for "theme license issue", but really you were asking for Envato key for demo import. I provided it within hours. Basic theme was installed only t that point. Most recently, in response to my inquires for update, you said work was in progress, but you could not show me as it was the weekend. This morning you demonstrated "work progress" by showing site with demo content loaded from theme developer. You were deceptive in chat saying work had been done and would be shown today. Please resolve this by issuing a refund, as I have requested via Skype.

My second order with this company was completed in an extremely timely and efficient manner. They informed me throughout the process and gave me options to select from. They didn't just use a theme and change it up a bit. They pretty much created this from scratch to my exact specifications. I was a bit picky at times but I needed this website to be perfect as the business is an ecommerce service which makes significant money. I didn't need a generic website just to stand there, I needed something beautiful and eye catching. This is what Gold Service provided for me. They put an immense level of detail into every single page. They fulfilled ALL of my requests and these went on and onnnnn and on. Some of these requests would cost in the upwards of $500 if I had asked the relevant freelancers, however this company was happy to oblige with my specific request at their very low prices.

I asked them to finish the project quickly since the business was relaunching. They said they were very busy with orders but still gave me a quick deadline nonetheless. I was satisfied with this deadline that we had both agreed upon. I was shocked when I received a message that the entire project had been completed a few days before this deadline. I went to check the website and everything had been completed exactly as I had intended. I was very satisfied with the outcome and I am so glad to be able to post this review. This is the second time they have provided me with their services and they have kept the same high quality standards.

You can buy a website anywhere. You can hire all sorts of people who claim they will deliver the product you requested. But I promise you will not find anyone delivering anywhere near this quality for the price they demand. I actually feel like they have been ripped off a bit, because they worked so hard and their rate seems so low.
