Hello - you can contact your affiliate manager and you'll get all information about this. Payment was sent to payments processor that's why you got notification because we send it already. Now its question how much time it will takes them to process payment - sometimes its few hours sometimes its few days - all users were informed that all payments will be send on Tuesday and due to type of payment and increased volumes of payments can be processed up to few days. If your traffic comes from banners - its not forbidden. Forbidden methods are like spam, fake traffic, fraud leads and so on.

Guys, was a small downtime on website, it no way affect your stats, earnings or anything, smart links works separate from the website so even if website is ddosed it not interrupt work of your earning and smartlinks, all good, sometimes this happens, all works good now.
