They're all guaranteed working? Some yahoo accounts require phone verification when used in a different location, so how do we go with the verification process? Also, how do I send payment? Do you accept CC?
 
Are the Tumblr accounts verified and GMAIL/HOTMAIL (not russian mail)? Do they have a profile picture?

If you use same country than if will no problem. We do phone verification and also put recovery email so not problem if you use same country for login.
Yes you can pay via CC.

Yes they are phone verified.
Tumblr and Gmail have profile pic. Hotmail don't have profile pic.
