Should be fixed after updating
 
I do not get answer on my PM from over 24 hours and can't find the support button in my dankbots account and this is the reason to write here. I was your very first buyer (at least you tell me this on PM in the past), and get the software with special preorder discount of 25%. When I'm going to reorder for other 6 months (even there was't such limitation and the site wasn't ready, but OK, I understand why to pay - for support). So the question is must I pay the full sum of ~$50 (because there haven't other option) or I will continue use the software with the discount I order it. I don't think increasing the price on created contract is correct and maybe I must post this not here, but on the special section for this. Please, reply as soon as possible, because I'm loosing time!

The 'contract' was always $50 for 6 months. You received a 25% discount because you pre-ordered. Nothing changed except that you aren't pre-ordering anymore.

Regardless, I have PM'd you a 10% discount due to you being a return customer.
 
I check the messages and find that the coupon is for the first 6 months only. Sorry, for this!

I pay for new 6 months, but still can't access. Always get message "Your trial account is expired"!?
 
gtothem, I registered for a trial account, downloaded the file and when I tried to launch it and start the installation I got this Error:"This Installation package couldn't be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a verified windows installer package" - attached in a fileCapture.PNG

I want to try this product, what should I do?

Re-download from http://dankbots.com/setup.msi

Make sure its not sandboxed or firewalled
