Sure you could use Tweet Replace on a schedule

You can use to to search %trends%, copy those tweets, replace @user and %links% and then tweet it yourself.

I don't have any hotmail/yahoo account, all my twitter accounts are set up using my own domains for the emails, much easier to manage.

You create 2 replace rules.. one for %user% and one for %link% with "" (blank)

My account is not allowing my any longer to login. It's saying "This account is not registered for this computer." it was working fine the other day and for however long that I've been using it on this pc and I've not changed PC's I'm using it on. When using the account creator it never adds my Twitter proxies. it always say "No Proxies added?"

It's driving me a bit crazy

Make sure you have proxies checked in the Proxy list and they the Used amount is lower than your Create Per Proxy setting.
