The situation is a bit more complicated than that mate. You were informed this website is of purpose for my sole income despite this you repeatedly ignored instructions . You event went as far as to attempt to remove my Administrator account from wordpress.
By the end of it, with all the performance issues the site had namely the 5 second loading times, amongst other things - my keywords had dropped off.
Despite being told numerous times, you still kept the competitors images on the side - the competitor has a TradeMark on their brand. You were informed of this.
I had no choice but to accept delivery of the rubbish you had given me by the end of it - because my business, which is a service business, is purely dependent on it for income. Which you were told, numerous times.
No empathy, no Consideration for others things. Business must be a one sided transaction for you?

To Summize:
You ignored instructions.
You then, rushed your review and final changes and tweaks.
You then, after being reminded several times, removed the images from the pages (whilst still keeping them stored in the media folder).
You didn't do any site optimisation - 5 Second Loading times.
All the content was spun from the competitors site.
Yes, I made changes to the site - it's my site. I can do what I want with it, but in the 20 or 25 something days that you had it - you ruined my business.
