Title: Large Databases of Semrush Keywords in Various Niches! A Lot of Keywords with Traffic and No Competition! Volume, KD, CPC

What is the best way to use these databases? For example, you can make simple websites and earn money on Google Adsense, Amazon, CJ.com, Viglink, Dating affiliates, Booking.com, Media.net, etc.


Semrush Keyword Difficulty

Very easy, 0-14% - Your chance to start ranking new pages
Easy, 15-29% - You will need quality content focused on the keyword’s intent.
Possible, 30-49% - You will need well-structured and unique content.
Difficult, 50-69% - You will need lots of ref. domains and optimized content.
Hard, 70-84% - You will need lots of high-quality ref. domains and optimized content.
Very hard, 85-100% - It will take a lot of on-page SEO, link building, and content promotion efforts.

There are a lot of keywords in my databases without any competition with KD 0-9%. If you check these keywords in google search results, then there really is no competition, you just need to make pages for these keywords and after indexing, traffic will go. Semrush Keyword Difficulty is a long-term experience of analyzing a huge number of keywords and comparing them with each other. These keywords don't need links, just regular content, not necessarily quality content. Quality content is needed for keywords with KD from 15%.


Semrush Volume

"Average monthly search volume represents the number of times the keyword was searched over the past twelve months divided by 12."

This is also a fairly accurate indicator, because it always roughly matches data from Google Ads (Avg. Monthly Searches), i have checked it manually many times before. There is definitely traffic on these keywords. But you need to do at least a hundred pages to see it.

You can also choose keywords with a high cost per click in Google Adsense and earn many times more from your site. For this there is a column Adsense CPC.


What domains are needed now?

I recommend buying domains on the Godaddy Auction. I bought domains there many times and I never came across a domain with Google filter. Expired domains allow you to bypass the Google sandbox and get into search results immediately after indexing. It is better to buy a domain in the same niche to avoid 1 month of sandboxing for a niche change. It is not necessary to buy a domain with backlinks, because these are keywords without competition. As I wrote above, just indexing is enough.

You can make websites on fresh domains, but then you have to wait 6 months to get Google search results. There is one trick, it worked in September 2022 (i don't know if it works now), only for fresh, just purchased domains. You need to put 1 any follow link from your other domain. This bypassed 6 months of the Google sandbox.


What content are needed now?

New articles (not necessarily big ones), rewriting, good AI content, copied content with additional niche text. Adding videos and pictures to text improves positions and increases traffic, but the text must be. In general, we need normal content that a person can read and get at least a little information on the topic.


What CMS to use?

It doesn't matter. For such simple keywords, any CMS with a free design will do. Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
