Hello BHW Members. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions. You can find them below :
Where are your proxies located?
We have mobile proxies pretty much all over the US (sometimes we missing the really small states like DE, NM, HI etc.) and smaller pool (~1300) non-us ones from locations like UK, AU, DE, ES etc . The non-us ones are only available in the 1by1 section.
The number of proxies available in each state is specified (for social plan). This is slightly lower then the actual amount, so we can make sure we have spares.
What carrier networks do you have?
AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. They are available in the Carrier plan.
Are there any bandwidth limitations?
We do not limit the total bandwidth usage.
What websites are accessible?
All, as long as it's not illegal. SMTP ports are blocked in order to maintain highest quality of the proxies.
How does IP rotation work?
Private plans - random rotation chance (~ 1 ip / port / hour)
Social/Carrier proxies - 30-min rotation interval . can be set to off / on-demand only / automatic
1by1 proxies - the scope of these are to get a specific device, no rotation here.
How long will proxy live ?
Private/Social/Carrier plans will live the entire duration you selecting (1 day/1 week/2 weeks/1 month). Your proxies are constantly checked and replaced within 1 minute in case of downtime.
1by1 proxies will live anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours. If they die within 1h, you can press the refund button and it will be instantly refunded to your balance.
What protocols are available?
Both SOCKS5 and HTTPS protocols are available.
How do I connect to the proxies?
Our system is designed to work with ip whitelisting. User/Pass is not possible at the moment. Cooldown for changing the whitelisted ip is 30 minutes. If your ip changes more often, we can lower it for your account.
How many connections can I use on 1 proxy?
For every type of plan on our website, the number of connections and allowed speed is specified at buy time.
For example, 1 social port will be allocated 200 Threads and 2 Mbps.
Threads and mbps increase with the number of ports ordered.
What's the uptime of the service ?
Our service has been up more then 99% of the time.
How does 1by1 section looks like ?
You can search by ip/class, type, protocol, region (country), city, ISP, ZIP.
1by1 section allows up to 5 whitelisted ips (rest of the plans only 1 whitelist ip - contact support if more needed)
This is how our 1by1 section looks like :
