rotation time is 30 minutes , after rotate if IP is bad , they back to previous IP in rotation

Hello
We cannot offer completely static proxies for days. they are, in fact, mobile in nature after all.
Ip score is light years ahead of the fore mentioned service
Getting a previous ip is extremely rare and only happens on states with very low availability
Whitelisted ip can be changed every 30 minutes by default. this is to prevent sharing/abuse.
However, for customers that have dynamic IP's we can lower this - even down to 5 minutes.
You just have to communicate with us on support telegram - we always try to find the right solution for the customer.
