questions:
is there a way that i can replace part of a URL with spinnable text?
for example, i got some statistics sites such as
http://statsite1.com/domain=abc.com
http://statsite2.com/domain=xyz.com
obviously i need to replace abc.com and xyz.com with my sites before i ping. now i have 5000 profile links to ping. so i am thinking that i change the above links to:
http://statsite1.com/domain=myURL
http://statsite2.com/domain=myURL
and then have myURL={url1|url2|url3|...}
is there a way to use srapebox this way? otherwise, how do i ping the stats sites? or rather, how do i ping my profile links most efficiently?
thanks for any help.
Well before answering that question, you might make sure you not wasting your time. Pining the sites will not get them indexed, it won't do anything except inflate traffic count. If you are looking to index them, then you need to use RSS ping, which I have a vid on how to and I will put it below.
Next, I am somewhat confused as to what your question really is. You mention stat sites and profiles. Are you referring to them as the same thing, or are you trying to generate stat links that link to your profiles? or what?
What are you trying to use, Ping, RSS Ping, Rapid Indexer....?
Thanks.

Question about the link extractor add-on:
I want to get all internal links of a site, but they have multiple pages. The URL will be something like
http://example.com/specials.html?page=2 with the page number changing..
How do I use the link extractor to go through all the pages to get all the links?
If I understand you you want to extract all the pages with each number increasing, and then extract the interal links from those pages?
If so the easiest way would be to simply pull a site: from the engines and then extract internal links and then do it again.
So you take your site and pull results from say yahoo and google:
site:
http://www.rootdomain.com
(root domain only, not long url)
Then you remove dupes and get up to 2000 urls, but all depends on how many pages this site has.
Then you extract internal links using the link extractor. Then you will have a lot of internal pages, then load all those pages back up and extract internal links again. You can repeat this as many times as you like, but it depends on your goals.
If you are wanting to get only certain pages then, after you are done you load them all up in the urls harvested section and choose to remove/filter and choose urls not containing:
http://example.com/specials.html?page=
